Also, perhaps most importantly, you’d be limited to 3,000 conversations a month.

If you exceed 3,000 conversations, you’d need to purchase more conversations.

You can purchase up to 50,000 conversations a month from the dashboard. For anything over 50,000 a month, including unlimited conversations, contact us for a custom plan.

We don’t apply any overage charges if you exceed the limit. This applies to all three of our plans.

We provide you with notice (through email and a notification on the app dashboard) when you’re within 30% of your limit. So you have sufficient time to upgrade.

ConvertoBot Starter Plan – Chatbot Pricing

Our Starter Plan is competitively priced considering you’re allowed unlimited website bots and unlimited chatbots for social media.

You can choose between the following payment options:

The monthly plan is $37/month and you can cancel at any time without notice.

On the other hand, the annual contract (paid monthly) is only $27/month.

If you have the Starter Plan, you can upgrade to the Professional and Business/Agency Plans at any point. You can do this on the app dashboard.

Also, be aware that the bot service pricing will be displayed in your local currency and includes any applicable local taxes. It will also be locked in at the price at which you purchased, so it’s not subject to future currency fluctuations.

What’s the best plan to start with?

This depends on your business needs. All of our plans offer unlimited website bots and social media bots.

However, if your websites or social media channels generate significant traffic, then we recommend the Professional Plan as you get 16,000 conversations a month.

In a recent analysis, we discovered that the most popular plan is the Professional Plan. In fact, 66% of businesses selected this plan.

Do you offer a custom plan?

Yes. If you have particular needs that can’t be fulfilled by our current plans, we can offer a custom plan.

Do you offer a refund policy?

Yes. We offer an unconditional refund policy for 30 days after your initial purchase. No strings attached!

How easy is it to cancel?

It’s straightforward. Simply log in to the app and click on “My Account”. You can then cancel or change your plan yourself.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel a monthly pricing plan anytime. You can also cancel the annual plan before the year ends so you don’t get billed for a subsequent year.

How simple is it to downgrade?

Just like the cancellation process, you can easily change your plan in the section “My Account”.

Be aware that if you purchased an annual contract (monthly or pre-paid) you cannot downgrade until the contract ends.

Where can I upgrade?

You can upgrade in the section: “My Account”.

If you have a Business/Agency plan and you wish to increase your sub-user accounts, contact us to discuss a custom plan.

If I choose the annual contract (paid monthly) can I downgrade before the contract ends?

You cannot downgrade an annual contract. There is a significant discount for annual contracts and it would be unfair on our other users who have monthly contracts if we allowed you to downgrade.

However, do contact us to discuss the options available to you.

If I choose the annual contract (pre-paid) can I cancel before the contract ends?

When you pre-pay for an annual contract you are entitled to a refund for any reason up to 30 days. However, after 30 days, you cannot get a refund.

If this causes a problem we always encourage our users to contact us to discuss options.

How do I upgrade the number of conversations in my pricing plan?

The first option you have is to upgrade to a different plan. So if you’re on a Starter plan you can upgrade to Professional which will increase your monthly conversations to 3,000.

Or you can upgrade to the Business/Agency plan which will increase your monthly conversations to 16,000.

However, if you don’t wish to upgrade to a different plan, you can simply purchase more monthly conversations on the app dashboard.

You can purchase up to 50,000 monthly conversations no matter what your plan.

If you need more than 50,000 monthly conversations, including unlimited conversations, contact us for a custom plan.

What happens if I exceed the limit of conversations?

If you have not upgraded then your website bots or social media bots will be inactive.

How many sub-user accounts do I get with the Business/Agency Plan?

The Business/Agency Plan provides you with unlimited sub-user accounts.

What happens if you increase your prices in the future?

You will not be affected by any future price increases. Your current price is locked in.

What happens if you change the features for a particular plan?

Any feature changes for plans will not affect your current service.

So for example, let’s imagine we removed a feature from the Starter Plan to the Pro Plan. If you’re a Starter Plan user, you’d continue to enjoy access to that feature.

I purchased an annual plan (pre-paid). If I upgrade to a different annual plan (pre-paid), how am I charged? Also, how long does the contract last?

If you purchased an annual plan, you can upgrade. You simply pay for the difference in price between the two plans on a pro-rata basis.

The contract lasts until the end of the 12 months. At that point, you can continue with the upgraded plan (at the price of the upgraded plan).

What happens to my data when I cancel?

Your data is stored on our secure servers so if you wish to resume service, you can do so without any inconvenience. However, contact us, if you would prefer that your data is deleted.

How long does the free trial last?

It lasts for 14 days for all plans.

What happens to my bots when my free trial runs out or I cancel?

Your website bots or social media bots are no longer active. You can still access them in your account.

Are there any lifetime deals available?

There aren’t any lifetime deals available.

What payment options do you support?

You can pay by credit card, Paypal, bank transfer, or wire transfer.

How can I get an invoice receipt?
